2012 Cleveland Craft and Art Festival
Three empowering sessions Friday, May 11th through Sunday, May 13th at the Richmond Town Square Mall. Join us for a weekend of enlightenment as the Karamu House performs Gem of the Ocean, by August Wilson. The Cleveland Association of Black Storytellers will share with us, Wisdom Stories and local actress and radio personality, Danita Jackson will reveal the secret to, "Overcoming Your Fears of Public Speaking: ...because, we're only human." These exciting events are free and open to the public. All are welcome to attend.

DeSande let me know if there is anything you need from us to be more supportive. I went to a local High School down the street from me to see how I can help students there today. It's been a while since I've worked with students but I know how rewarding it can and will be.

I have been using BAIA as a supplement to the courses I teach at two colleges. I hope to have students submit their papers on BAIA artists to this forum. BAIA has been a great asset to my classes. I hope more members will do the same.
