The title as the concept for the picture takes me to Toni Morrison's writings, particularly "Song of Solomon" . Beautiful tribute to a beautiful sista.

I love this painting and really love the fact that there's another young artist who has been blessed by their exposure to creativity via a parent and/or parents.

Nice piece.. and a dad and daughter team. I know of two dad's whose daughter's are artists but they aren't teams.
