Cali is good man :) I don't know if you know but I had to leave Chi-town because I got deadly sick. I was on my death bed Brother. I was diagnosed with Scleroderma, it is like MS or Lupis and Chicago's winters were literally killing me. I moved here to Cali, and my health has greatly improved, I have even started painting again (a little bit).
My wife and I are doing well, happily married and still in love after 19 years :) We still cherish the piece that you painted for us :) We have two sons now, and I am in school full time at Art Center College of Design. God is good man! Brother please stay in touch. It is great to hear from you and to see your beautiful new work. Be blessed in 2011.
