Profile Information

DOYLE has been a featured Artist of the National Black Arts Festival (Atlanta,GA), the featured MOJA Festival Artist (Charleston,SC) for 4 years since 2005, and most recently, the 2009 Chicago Jazz Festival Artist. His artwork has been featured in various solo and group exhibitions in venues through out the country including the LV Gallery, Apex Museum and Douglasville Cultural Arts Center in Georgia. He has received acclaim and awards from involvement in the Atlanta Fulton County Arts Program. He was also the recipient of the Fel-Pro Art Award and the Forest Park Township Art Award.

This wonderful artist enhanced his innate techniques through studies at the Atlanta College of Art and the American College of Art. Although a proud Chicago, IL native, he currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

Essentially, a culmination of style, grace and originality. He is a highly celebrated multi-media artist, well known for his vivid and striking acrylic, watercolor and oil paintings, handcrafted clay and ceramic sculptures, and brilliant airbrush techniques. Inspired by personal life experiences, DOYLE has developed a unique style for abstracts, abstract mannerisms and reflections of urban imagery. Doyle, you are brilliant! Your range is rather diverse and I love it! I especially love My Ball, Oueen, Leap of Faith, because they clearly depict visual stories. I love the abstracts, because they are so modern, yet still have the "Doyle" feel. Thanks for sharing. Glad you're here in Atlanta. We'd love to visit your studio.
