Absolutely, thanks for your advice, I am here to learn, improve and experiment with new ideas, media and new approaches to art. I am already learning and its thanks to Face book and BAIA that I have done so much drawing, networking and seeing so many different styles. Here in the UK I have only one artist friend. I really think that in the US art is big. Here if one was not lucky enough to go to any art school one doesn't get noticed. And its people like you and Najee Dorsey who takes time to help others, so thanks again for being there.

Wow! I want to be like Simmie Knox when I grow up, lol! He's amazing! Thank you for your comments and for introducing me to Mr Knox, I hadn't heard of him before. I love his work, this has made me more determined to get some oils or acrylic paints.

I have just upload 5 pieces, hope you like them! These were taken using mobile phone, the phone doesn't do justice. Will upload more using a camera soon.

Thanks for your reply. I love drawing using charcoal and pastels, never been to art school. I have promised myself that I will learn to use oils and acrylic. I love doing portraits and the human body. At the moment I have a few pieces on Face book but have not uploaded any to BAIA. You could check out my Fb page Linda Bushell-Thompson. I am currently working on a series of Michael Jackson through the years from J5 to 2009.
