For 30 years, G. R. N'Namdi Gallery has been internationally recognized as one of the most influential contemporary abstract art galleries. The Gallery, established in 1981, by George N'Namdi in Detroit, Michigan, maintains its mission that the collector should develop an appreciation for the historical value of the arts, while increasing awareness of abstract art and inspiring a new generation of art collectors.

With a gallery in Chicago and an art complex in Detroit (The N'Namdi Center), G.R. N'Namdi Gallery has led the way in exhibiting African American and international artists and modern abstractionists.
