"As warned by a Brotha in Art, I am now getting requests for me to DONATE a piece of my work to various charities! I must admit I have mixed feelings about this.  Could someone share their experiences with donations & requests for them? "

I'm Becoming a Popular Artist!

Hey BAIA Friends,  I have seen so many wonderful works here and marvel at how busy ART keeps you.  Me, for the most part I've used my Art as Therapy to combat the pain & depression resulting from my debilitating Rheumatoid Arthritis/Osteoporosis.   My work is well received and I do a show here & there, make a dollar or two now & then.   Well,  it seems as a result of exposure at a few key exhibits I am now a sought after Artist!   I am getting requests coming fast & furious…See More

About Me

Afrocentric, Geometric & Whimzical Art by Jo Ann Neal. In spite of dibilitating Rheumatoid Arthritis I have found great joy in the creation of vibrant art. In addition to paper/canvas I apply my original designs to greeting cards, treasure boxes, canes/walkers, furniture & more. Very affordable too.
