A confession: We have thought about doing some  landscapes, but after seeing your gorgeous work, I think we're almost intimidated by your mastery of the mystery and the majesty of mood. What a painter you are. OK, after some soul…

Thanks for the friendship and the comments Rick. A supportive dad is what your baby has and that's the most important thing in the world. But brother, I bet you can bust a move if the music is right! The best to you and your family. Raymond

Hello Wendy, thank you for your interest in our work and how we collaborate. We have been doing work together for about a year. I noticed she was a great artist as a baby and now the baby is old enough (16) to paint with me. Here's a…

Thanks for your comments...so how exactly are you and your daughter working together? What are your roles and how long have you had this wonderful partnership? Do you come from a family of artists?

Raymond and Naomi,

Yes, I'll try to contribute and move the discussions forward.

Perhaps you would be interested in a project we are doing next week on 6,600 sq. ft of murals at the Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market: There's a short intro video at www.fineartconservationlab.com/la-produce-market-murals. That site is under construction but there's other videos and info about my background.

We also stay connected through Facebook on pages entitled "Fine Art Conservation" Tips for Art Collectors" and "Save Your Stuff"

All my best!

Scott

Thanks for the friend request. Your figurative work is moving. Are you aware that I am not an artist? I am kind of a visiting professional guest blogger? I'll be working on the murals at TSU and keeping this site updated.
