Picture seen on the cosby show

This is a canvas  I got @ an auction . The picture artist's name is Ida Jackson Born 1856 and died 1932.  This is the same picture that is in the living room of the "Cosby Show" The picture was appraised @ $260 in 1993 by the Beech Street Art Company.  How do I go about getting it appraised know.
